Terms of Service

1. Quotations and Estimates

All quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. Estimates are based on visible existing electrical infrastructure and may be subject to revision if hidden latent defects are revealed during initial isolation or testing.

2. Workmanship and Compliance

All electrical installation work is carried out in strict accordance with the current BS 7671 Requirements for Electrical Installations. Appropriate certification (Minor Works, EIC, or EICR) is issued following completion of verification testing.

3. Safety Isolation

To ensure safety, mains power may need to be isolated during works. We make every reasonable effort to notify occupants in advance and safely minimize shutdown duration.
